About Qigong and Tai Chi

I'm Christine Hanning. My passion is collaborating with others who want to become self-empowered by bringing balance, healing and vitality into their life.
I discovered this practice when I needed to gain strength, balance and improve my emotional wellbeing while managing chronic conditions. What I discovered is that Tai Chi/Qigong are a way of life and a way of being - multi-faceted practices that bring you into the present moment.
As a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator,
Tai Chi/Qigong Instructor, Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Practioner, I offer therapeutic practices to manage stress, anxiety and assist in alleviating pain while living with chronic conditions.
